The 10 speed multifunctional mixer is a core equipment in modern kitchens that combines precision control and functional diversity. Its core design is based on "subdivision speed regulation+modular accessories", and it achieves full scene coverage from fine wall breaking to coarse particle grinding through a 10 level infinite variable speed (500-35000rpm range) combined with a dedicated knife set and cup body.

1、 Characteristics

10 speed intelligent speed regulation system (500-35000rpm)

Speed regulation accuracy:

Adopting a high-precision encoder (resolution 0.1 °), the speed error is ≤ ± 2% (compared to traditional rotary speed controllers, the accuracy is improved by 5 times).

The response time for gear switching is less than 0.3 seconds (from gear 1 to gear 10) to avoid splashing of ingredients due to sudden changes in speed.

Speed distribution:

Low speed gear (1-3 gears): 500-3000rpm, torque ≥ 4N · m, suitable for kneading dough (such as pizza base making), nut crushing and cutting (uniform particles in 5 seconds).

Medium speed gear (4-7 gears): 3500-18000rpm, peak crushing efficiency (such as crushing 500g of ice cubes into snow mud in 15 seconds, particle size ≤ 0.8mm).

High speed gear (8-10 gears): 22000-35000rpm, wall breaking rate ≥ 98% (15% higher than traditional models), suitable for making plant-based milk (such as almond milk, with a fineness of 120 mesh).

Energy efficiency optimization:

Variable frequency motors have an efficiency of ≥ 90% (saving 20% energy compared to fixed frequency motors) and a standby power consumption of<0.3W (compliant with the EU ErP Lot 30 standard).

Modular knife group and cup body system

Knife group configuration:

Four leaf obtuse angle knife (basic version): thickness 2mm, hardness HRC52, blade angle 15 ° obtuse angle design, reduces oxidation (such as extending the browning time of apple juice by 50%), suitable for making milkshakes and smoothies.

Standard configuration includes a 600ml portable cup (suitable for single person drinks), a 1.5L main cup (for family multi person scenarios), and a 200ml mini grinding cup (for seasoning processing), with a 100% universal cup interface.

Intelligent security protection system

Multi sensor monitoring:

Magnetic induction: When the cup body is not installed in place, the motor locking power is 0 (induction accuracy ± 0.3mm).

Temperature sensor: When the motor temperature is above 85 ℃, it automatically slows down to 50%, and when it is above 100 ℃, it stops for protection (with a recovery time of 3 minutes).

3、 Maintenance and upkeep

Daily cleaning

Self cleaning program:

Add 500ml warm water and 1 drop of detergent, start the "cleaning" program and run it for 45 seconds to remove 90% residue.

After disassembling the blade assembly, use a specialized cleaning brush (made of nylon material, hardness Shore D 70) to clean the dead corner of the cup bottom (Tritan) ™ The cup body is resistant to cleaning agents with a concentration of ≤ 5%.

Stubborn stain treatment:

Seal replacement:

Silicone ring for cup lid: replaced every 8 months, with a temperature resistance of -30 ℃ to 150 ℃ and a compression permanent deformation rate of ≤ 25% (GB/T 5564 standard).

Knife group sealed bearing (made of fluororubber material): with a service life of 2.5 years, apply Dow Corning Molykote 33 grease (temperature resistance -40 ℃ to 204 ℃) when replacing.

Motor maintenance:

Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust at the motor ventilation port every year (the heat dissipation efficiency decreases by 20% when the dust accumulation is greater than 1.5g/cm ²).

Replace the carbon brush when the remaining length is less than 6mm (original carbon brush: length 15mm, diameter 8mm, resistivity ≤ 0.03 Ω· m).

Troubleshooting

Motor does not start:

Check the continuity of the power cord (multimeter resistance<0.8 Ω). If there is a break, replace the 2 × 1.0mm ² wire.

Check the micro switch (rated current 6A, lifespan ≥ 150000 times), and replace it with a switch of the same specification if there is poor contact.

Abnormal noise:

When the axial movement of the blade group is greater than 0.4mm, adjust the bearing preload (set the torque wrench to 10N · m).

When the resonant frequency of the cup is abnormal (>180Hz), apply 3M 468MP shock-absorbing tape (thickness 0.13mm, temperature resistance -65 ℃ to 200 ℃) to the bottom of the cup.
