BLENDER

The 1.5L large capacity plastic mixer is a common electric cooking equipment in household and light commercial scenarios. Its core design revolves around large capacity, lightweight, and high cost-effectiveness. It uses food grade plastic (such as Tritan or high impact polystyrene) as the cup material, combined with high torque motors and modular knife sets, to meet the needs of multi person ingredient processing.

Food grade plastic cup body (Tritan) ™/ High impact polystyrene

Material properties:

Tritan ™： Eastman patented material from the United States, certified by FDA and NSF, has an impact strength of 12kJ/m ² (ASTM D256 standard), a temperature range of -40 ℃ to 109 ℃, and chemical corrosion resistance (able to withstand pH 2-12 solutions) that is 40% higher than traditional PC plastics.

High impact polystyrene (HIPS): Low cost, impact strength of 8kJ/m ², temperature resistance of -20 ℃ to 85 ℃, suitable for non high temperature scenarios.

Safety standards:

The migration amount of bisphenol A (BPA) is less than 0.01mg/kg (in compliance with EU regulation 10/2011), and the leaching amount of heavy metals (lead, cadmium) is all less than 0.005mg/dm ² (GB 4806.7-2016 standard).

The transmittance of the cup body is ≥ 90% (Tritan) ™ The material is convenient for observing the crushing status of the ingredients.

Structural advantages:

Thickened cup wall design (thickness ≥ 3.5mm), with a drop resistance height of 1.2 meters (no rupture under a load of 1.5kg).

Cup mouth diameter ≥ 10cm, supports direct insertion of whole fruits (such as apples and oranges), reducing pre cutting steps.

High torque motor system (≥ 800W)

Heat dissipation design:

Double air duct convection heat dissipation, motor surface temperature ≤ 70 ℃ (continuous operation for 10 minutes), lifespan up to 3000 hours (MTBF data).

Overload protection: When the current is greater than 12A, it will automatically shut down and resume after 30 seconds (to prevent the motor from burning out).

Noise reduction optimization:

Dynamic balance blade group+shock-absorbing silicone pad, noise ≤ 82dB (A-weighted sound pressure level, 1-meter distance), reduced by 15dB compared to non optimized models.

Four blade obtuse angle knife set (304 stainless steel)

Structural design:

The blade thickness is 1.8mm, with a hardness of HRC50-52. The blade edge adopts a 15 ° obtuse angle design (non sharp cutting, crushing ingredients through high-speed impact), reducing food oxidation (such as prolonging the browning time of apple juice by 40%).

The blade spacing is optimized to 18mm, forming upper and lower layer vortices, and the residual crushing rate is ≤ 8g/time (reduced by 30% compared to the traditional three blade group).

Crushing efficiency:

Processing 500g of ice cubes (diameter ≤ 1.5cm) only takes 20 seconds, and the fineness of the ice sand reaches 95% through a 60 mesh sieve (laboratory level testing).

Intelligent touch panel

Function integration:

Preset 8 programs (smoothie, milkshake, thick soup, crushed ice, grinding, cleaning, pulse, custom), supporting 1-5 speed adjustments (each speed difference is 4000rpm).

Custom mode can remember 3 sets of parameters (speed, time) to meet personalized needs.

Security protection:

When the cup body is not installed in place, the touch panel automatically locks (magnetic induction accuracy ± 0.5mm).

Open the lid and power off with a delay of 0.3 seconds (to prevent liquid splashing), and automatically resume operation after closing the lid.

Car power supply: compatible with 12V/24V inverter (additional adapter needs to be purchased), making 1.5L chilled watermelon juice while camping (requires pre freezing the cup body).
